Completing the application with others

Only one person can edit and submit the application in SmartyGrants.

Use the Word version of the form to draft your responses, or download PDFs of your drafts from within SmartyGrants.

Submission can only be done in SmartyGrants. 

Navigating the form

You may begin anywhere in the application form. Use the Navigation Panel to jump to any page. Always save as you go.

Saving your draft application

If you wish to leave a partially completed application, press 'save' and log out. When you log back in and click on 'My Submissions', you will find a list of any applications you have started or submitted. You can reopen your draft application and start where you left off.

You can also download any application, whether draft or complete, as a PDF. Click on the 'Download' button located at the bottom of the last page of the application form.

Submitting your application

You will find a Review and Submit button at the bottom of the Navigation Panel. The system will flag any incomplete responses, and will not allow you to submit your application until all required fields are complete.

Once submitted, no further editing is possible.

You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your submitted application attached. This will be sent to the email you registered with. If you do not receive a confirmation email you should presume your submission has NOT been submitted.

**Make sure you submit well ahead of the closing time: 5pm AEDT, Thursday 25th February, 2021. Note any time differences for your region, as the Round will automatically shut and the system will NOT accept late submissions.** 

Attachments or supporting documents are not required

Everything you want the Panel to know should be included in your answers on the form. The Panel may request additional information if necessary.
